RDCF is always on the look out for talented people, new ideas and materials (art, prose, comic books). Anyone who is interested is encouraged to submit materials.
The submission policy at RDCF, as at all of its divisions, will be an “Open Door Policy,” meaning that we will accept unsolicited submissions. Submission guidelines differ slightly depending on what you want to submit. Please check the appropriate division for guidelines and how/what to submit.

ARTWORX

Brief submission guidelines for Artworx are as follows:

* Cover Letter or E-mail.
* Please include your name and contact info.
* Calenders, Photography, Posters and Prints may be on any subject (other then porn).
* Tasteful nudes are acceptable.
* Electronic submissions should be made in one of the following formats: jpg, gif, tiff, Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop image or PDF.
* Large electronic submissions should be made in PDF format.
* Hard copy submissions accepted if sent by mail.

More detailed guidelines will be coming in the following weeks.

WRITTEN WORD

Submission guidelines for the Written Word are as follows:

* Cover Letter or E-mail.
* Please include your name and contact info.
* Word Count if short story.
* E-mail submission in rtf, MSWord or WordPerfect format.
* Hard copy submissions accepted if sent by mail.

Allow two to four weeks for a response. If we haven’t responded in four weeks, feel free to follow up with an e-mail query.
