RDCF is constantly seeking to acquire rights to properties to develop, produce and publish through our divisions, Masterpiece Comics, The Written Word and Artworx.

RDCF only acquires developmental and publishing rights to properties. We do not acquire the full and complete rights to intellectual property, unless the respective owner(s) of a given property wants to sell of their own accord.

Rights to properties will be acquired by RDCF and the properties assigned to the appropriate division(s) for development, production and publication. No division of RDCF holds or owns the rights to any intellectual property.

RDCF is currently looking for:

MASTERPIECE COMICS GRAPHIC NOVELS: Original, creator owned graphic novels of any genre (except pornography), for publication in 2007.
MINI-SERIES: Six (6) original, creator owned mini-series of any length or genre (except pornography), for publication in 2007 and beyond.
ONGOING SERIES: Three (3) original ongoing series of any genre (except pornography), for publication in 2007.

Recent RDCF acquisitions:

2005
CATLING – RDCF acquired the developmental and publishing rights to CATLING. CATLING will be developed and produced as an ongoing comic series for publication through MASTERPIECE COMICS. The series will be written by creator Sherry Allyn Norman.
CLAWS & EYES - RDCF acquired the developmental and publishing rights to the property CLAWS & EYES. CLAWS & EYES will be developed and produced as a series of five graphic novels through MASTERPIECE COMICS. The graphic novels will be written by creator Loren K. Jones.
GOD WAR - RDCF acquired the developmental rights to GOD WAR, created by Javier Lugo.
THE ADVENTURES OF HANNOMAN – RDCF acquired the developmental rights to THE ADVENTURES OF HANNOMAN, created by Nichx.

In addition RDCF has the rights to the original work of RDCF founder and owner ACE MASTERS.
RDCF also has access to the publishing rights of the artistic works of Nichx, artist of the Masterpiece Comics titles RUSHMORE and FIREBLAST.

2006

FRANK, THE OGRE - RDCF has acquired the developmental and publishing rights to FRANK, THE OGRE created by Perry Caudell.
NOT QUITE FELICITY - RDCF has acquired the publishing rights to NOT QUITE FELICITY created by Ryan Thompson.
